Arrives next working day after dispatched, signature required. Monday – Friday. Mainland Northern Ireland only. However not always guaranteed if there's a problem with Royal Mail.


ROI WITH ROYAL MAIL:

Takes approximately 2 working days after the day of dispatch, signature required.


International Delivery via ROYAL MAIL

Takes from approximately 5-7 working days, depending on your destination country, requires a signature on arrival.


DEPENDING ON POSTAGE WEIGHTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, WE MAY REQUEST AN EXTRA POSTAGE PAYMENT.




RETURNS

  • You need to return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Items are to be in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your return and refund. Your bank may take 3-5 days to show the refund in your account.

How to return:

Please send us your item (in it's original condition and packaging) along with a note. It’s really important to include your full name and order number in your return so we know who to refund (please include your invoice if possible). We recommend you obtain proof of postage or tracking when returning your goods.

Please be careful when trying on your garments, as we cannot refund items that are marked with tans or makeup or smell of perfume.

FOR EXAMPLE, IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED AND YOU PAID NEXT DAY DELIVERY (£7.50), THIS MAY ACTUALLY HAVE COST US £8.95 TO POST, AND POSTAGE COSTS CANNOT BE RETURNED, ADDITIONAL COST WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE SALE AMOUNT.   • WE'RE SORRY WE CAN'T ALWAYS EXCHANGE STOCK. WE WILL OFFER REFUNDS ONLY IF AN EXCHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE, AND YOU CAN RE-ORDER A NEW ITEM ONLINE.

    We CANNOT return bikinisor beauty products due to hygiene reasons. They cannot be used for resale.

    HAIR RETURNS

    If your hair extensions have not been taken them out of the original packaging (they arrive in a hygiene hair net and PD box) we will be more than happy to exchange them to another colour for you no problem but ask you pay £3 to process your exchange and ship your new colour to you. We will ship them back to you via recorded delivery. They must be in their unopened, original packaging for hygiene reasons. If you do not require a colour change, we will issue you a credit note (voucher code to be used online).


    CANCELLATIONS

    If you wish to cancel an order please log in to www.pretty-dolly.com and select 'cancel' as soon as possible after your order has been placed. Alternatively please send us an email at info@pretty-dolly.com to inform a member of the team who can select 'cancel' on site for you. This way we will be sure to receive your cancellation. Thank you.
